This group is for neurodivergent women, including gender diverse and non-binary individuals assigned female at birth (AFAB) who are officially diagnosed** or self-diagnosed** with ADHD and/or low support needs autism spectrum disorder. This group will focus on different skills to assist with distress tolerance, managing stressors and stress responses, lifestyle changes, communication, sensory needs, emotional regulation, understanding of self, and much more.

The group will utilize The Neurodivergent Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills by Sonny Jane Wise. Group members will need to purchase this prior to the start of the group.

Meets every Thursday at 5:30 PM for 8 weeks

This group is for neurodivergent women, including gender diverse and non-binary individuals assigned female at birth (AFAB) who are officially diagnosed** or self-diagnosed** with ADHD and/or low support needs autism spectrum disorder.

This group will focus on and develop skills related to relationships with yourself, friends, family, new people, general interactions, dating, and romantic relationships. We will explore challenges, barriers, boundary-setting, and other issues unique to neurodivergent folx.

The group will utilize The Autism Relationships Handbook: How to Thrive in Friendships, Dating, and Love and The Autism Relationships Workbook: How to Thrive in Friendships, Dating, and Love both by Joe Biel and Faith G. Harper, PhD, LPC-S, ACS, ACN. Though these books specify relationships in the context of autism, they are generalizable and applicable to all neurodivergent folx. Group members will need to purchase both of these books prior to the start of the group.

Do you feel trapped by the struggle to achieve perfection? Do you feel constant guilt or shame because you believe you are a failure? This group will help you understand perfectionism and build skills to accept your imperfect self, live a happier life, and show kindness and compassion to yourself.

This group will utilize The ACT Workbook for Perfectionism by Jennifer Kemp, MPsych. Group members will need to purchase this prior to the start of the group.

This group is inclusive of all gender, racial, and sexual identities.

**Everyone will be screened prior to joining any group for neurodivergent folx.
